100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
AYR has the 100 hrs Yoga Teacher Training (100 HRS YTT) course in Rishikesh for 12 days. It is a residential as well as a non residential course for the novices starting their journey in yoga. This is a basic course which covers the ground knowledge of the subject. It is designed for beginners, and includes both theory and practical study sessions.
Theory Classes:
You will learn about the history and origin of yoga.
Practical Classes:
Here you will be introduced to the basic Asanas, Pranayamas, and Kriyas related to yoga.
Outdoor Activities
You witness the majestic Ganga Arti of Rishikesh at the banks of river Ganga in the evening which is something which you don’t want to miss. It fills your soul with the beaming light of spirituality and positivity. You go trekking to the nearby ranges and get a chance to breathe the fresh air of the Himalayas rejuvenating your spirit. Ashtanga Yogapeeth Rishikesh has a clean sanitised kitchen and a simple satvik menu for our students. Robert Urich said, “A healthy outside starts from the inside,” so good food is a must for all, especially for a yogi. We are as simple as the food we eat, and nothing is as pious as a yogi’s life. We provide three meals a day plus tea and snacks in the evening.
